Career guidance with Ayush Sharma

Most of the questions I get asked are the same few: whether to focus on DSA or development, whether LeetCode is enough or Codeforces is worth the time, what projects are actually worth building, whether to take a startup offer or keep preparing for bigger companies.

I'm an SDE-1 at Amazon, was at Quickads before that and Zscaler before that. I was unsure about all of the same things a couple of years ago and got some of them wrong.
