Hi, I’m Ayush Sharma—an Associate Engineer at Oracle and an NIT Srinagar graduate, currently based in Bengaluru. My journey from Electrical Engineering to software engineering taught me how confusing the transition into tech can feel. There are endless roadmaps, technologies, and opinions, but very little guidance tailored to your actual background and goals. At Oracle, I work across enterprise cloud integrations, automation, and AI-driven applications. Outside work, I build systems using C++, Python, FastAPI, Docker, LangGraph, Redis, and related technologies. My sessions are practical and conversational. I won’t give you a generic roadmap or pretend there is one perfect route into software engineering. We’ll examine where you are, identify what is holding you back, and leave with clear next steps you can realistically execute.
