Ayush Poddar is the co-founder of Bookletpedia Innovatives Private Limited, a DPIIT-recognized Government of India startup dedicated to simplifying access to information for grassroots communities. Since its inception in 2020, Ayush has been instrumental in developing contextual and interactive IEC (Information, Education & Communication) materials—including booklets, flipcharts, posters, and training modules that transform complex government schemes and social issues into simple, visual narratives. Under his leadership, Bookletpedia has collaborated with organizations like WaterAid India, PepsiCo Foundation, and various state and central government departments to design community-friendly resources on topics ranging from nutrition and sanitation to gender rights and rural development. Driven by the belief that information is the first step toward empowerment, Ayush focuses on creating tools that are visually engaging, locally relevant, and easily usable by frontline workers, community leaders, and citizens alike. His work lies at the intersection of design thinking, communication for development, and participatory education—aimed at bridging the last-mile information gap in India
