Here’s a glimpse into my journey: My Journey So Far: Gandhi Fellowship: On the ground, I learned what it truly takes to drive change at the grassroots level. Azim Premji University: Deepened my understanding of development economics and honed my academic perspective on systemic issues. Sattva Consulting (2+ Years): Worked across multiple projects, driving impact through partnerships, governance, and innovation: Toyota Kirloskar Motors' Annual Sustainability Report 2023-24: Managed governance, client relations, and content review to deliver a comprehensive sustainability report. Karnataka Model School Collaborative Program: Built pitch decks and managed funder relations with organizations like Yuva Philanthropy (Nithin Kamath), Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, JSW Foundation, and Swiss Re. Bharat EdTech Initiative: Designed and managed projects worth $5M, funded by Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, British Asian Trust, and Give India. Worked with EdTech startups to improve adoption of technology in low-income communities, achieving 4x growth using data-driven strategies. Project Sampoorna: Set up monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) frameworks. Managed relationships with Porticus Foundation. Organization Development: Created systems for learning and knowledge-sharing as an L&D champion. Developed tools like a sales pipeline for EU Foundations and contributed to hiring initiatives.
