Just amazing! When I got into this, I thought it was just a self-explanatory call, but it really has changed my perspective on things and he’s very empathetic and nonjudgmental. I feel after very long time that I can actually share things with someone who is listening fr, and not just listening also giving the constructive criticism that is needed according to the situation. He’s very smart and understanding I mean I can’t explain the feeling that he made me feel after the sessions. That’s why I can’t put it in words as I want to because I feel it and it feels extremely enlightening.

I stumble upon Ayush's Instagram and was really amazed by his knowledge and the topics he shared. I decided to take up the self exploratory call and I have to say it was really insightful and brought huge clarity in regards to my concerns. Ayush listens like a friend and help you understand with a perfect analogy. I highly recommend him to all who is seeking some guidance and help.

Ayush is simply amazing. He is not like any other therapist that I spent my so much time on. Here I don't just rant out my feelings. He wont just let me do that all the time(unless it's necessary). He really understands you, remembers tiny little thing as well and ask you questions. It's one of the things I rarely had in my therapy with some other therapists. Here, He has different approachs, he asks questions, gives you insight. My therapy with other therapists used to feel like a ranting session and at the end of 10 minutes they had a life lesson or list of does and don't. But Ayush really understands and goes in depth of the problem. He is really very insightful and comfortable to talk to. I would totally recommend him. I finally found my therapist kind of feeling is what I have. Never ever after any session I felt like that was a waste of time. Ayush is simply damnnnn goooood.

I recently had a self-exploration call with Ayush, and it was an incredibly insightful and transformative experience. From the moment the session began, Ayush's easy-going and comforting demeanor put me at ease. He has an exceptional ability to delve deep into emotions and thoughts, providing clarity on issues that are deeply rooted from childhood. His approach is not only professional but also profoundly empathetic, making it easier to open up and explore obstacles. I highly recommend Ayush for anyone seeking meaningful self-exploration and personal growth. He is truly a wonderful person with great depth in exploring and addressing obstacles.

My secodn call. It is extremely helpful how Ayush puts a structure to my complex thoughts and emotions. Makes it so much clearer. The takeaways and points of actions are simplified with ample clarity and has helped me move ahead with ease.

I'm 30 years old and moved to Edinburgh 10 years ago. Honestly, I had no expectations from an Indian psychologist due to my bad experiences there, so I ended up taking therapy in Scotland for 7 months last year. the therapy was beneficial but I booked this call out of curiosity because I love Ayush sir's content. The session exceeded my expectations. While therapy had already provided me with clarity, I was a bit clueless about how to start so Ayush sir began by asking how I was doing and, seeing my clueless face, then asked about my dreams. I told him my dreams as they are quite vivid, and instantly, he touched on the core issue and smiled at me with such charm. I was impressed. The session was incredibly insightful. I discovered so much about myself as I described my life. He asked such specific and precise questions that often made me smile because answering them was deeply self reflective. I truly appreciate how wise he is. I had a fantastic time with Ayush sir.

About me

Hi, I’m Ayush. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, and I’m here to offer counseling. But does having a Master’s in Psychology really make someone a master of human behavior? You see how a statement, when turned into a question, can spark thought, doubt, and a desire to figure something out. I believe that, more than offering insights rooted in learned theories, it’s about asking the right questions and perceiving each individual as unique. Counseling is supposed to be an art performed by experts, not rigid steps rote learned from the final semester's 500pg book. To me, psychology isn’t confined to the “safe” abbreviations CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT, and whatnot. Nor do the 200 cases covered in a psychologist's academic training encompass the vastness of the psyche (although they want to believe that way, huh!). It is far more expansive than thoughts, behaviors, actions, events, or three-four dissertation submissions across a curriculum. In my intellectual journey, I don’t hesitate to explore human behavior through frameworks my formal education unfortunately never introduced. I enjoy wandering into uncharted territory, in the unknown, going beyond evidence-based safety nets. I do love exploring existential, psychoanalytic, depth-oriented, gestalt, philosophical approaches, eastern approaches, various esoteric methodologies, and more. And trust me, it’s actually that deep and risky, btw more riskier than this introduction of mine.
