Hi! My name is Ayush and I am currently part of PUMA’s eCommerce Growth Hacking team. As part of my daily chores, I manage complete P&L and superhead all efforts related to growing PUMA's business (sales) on my portfolio marketplaces. I’ve faced challenging tasks of scaling business on new as well as established marketplaces that have helped me gain a thorough understanding of eCommerce universe. As a Growth Manager I’ve had the opportunity to formulate Joint Business Plans and lead critical projects in performance marketing, activation and product launches, operations and supply chain process improvement, category merchandising and pricing, etc. In addition to this, I am also responsible for driving new business opportunities for PUMA D2C eCommerce across Indian subcontinent. In a short span of time, I have successfully closed strategic partnerships and paved path for PUMA India’s entrance to quick commerce. Prior to this, I have a rich experience of 2+ years in leading Advertising giants. My stint with these companies has helped me inculcate a good understanding of Adtech, Digital Marketing and Planning, Strategic Alliance, and Business Analysis.
