Hello, My name is Riddhi Deshpande.

I am psychologist , school counsellor, a dietician and author.

Starting my studies in Human Nutrition and exploring various fields introduced me to Psychology and

then there is no comeback. I explored and mastered in various domains in psychology like clinical,

school, cyber and food psychology. Continuing my education abroad was a big decision and this changed

my whole life. Being away from comfort zone and starting a whole new life made me strong but also sad

at times as everyone becomes homesick and anxious I was also one of them. But I started believing

again, in this amazing line, “What goes through you, Grows you “and isn’t this true for everyone of us ?

Each day you learn something new and that’s how you understand life !

As a therapist, I trust that every individual is special and unique. They have an own ability to heal their

selves . What you need is proper support and guidance. How about working on your issues together?

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

1. You may cancel or reschedule a counselling session up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.

2. If you cancel or reschedule a session less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session, you will be charged the full session fee.

3. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, you must notify Ayuda by email at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

4. Ayuda reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a counselling session in the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance.

5. In the event that Ayuda cancels a session, you will not be charged for that session.
