- In the event of cancellation, refunds will be issued minus the standard session fees for sessions already taken, not the discounted package price.
- For customized or additional package options, please contact us directly to discuss and create a personalized plan tailored to your needs.
- Payment for packages is due in advance. Sessions must be used within a specified time frame from the date of purchase, typically six months to one year, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- We reserve the right to terminate services if there is a breach of our policies or if the therapist-client relationship is deemed ineffective or unsuitable. In such cases, any remaining balance for unused sessions will be refunded based on the standard session fee minus sessions already taken
