About me
I am a Lead Material and Product Design Engineer at Avery Dennison, a materials science and manufacturing company that specializes in labelling and functional materials. With a PhD in Materials and Nanotechnology from the Sapienza University of Rome, I have vast experience and knowledge in the design, development, and manufacturing of semiconductors, RFID sensor products and Gs turbines.
At Avery Dennison, I am responsible for providing consulting services to clients on the design, simulation, and verification of new material solutions that meet their specific needs and requirements. I also design and develop new semiconductor and RFID sensor products aimed at the automotive and aerospace sectors, working closely with internal teams and clients. I have successfully delivered multiple projects that improved the performance and reliability of Avery Dennison's products, using advanced simulation tools and verification tests.
I am passionate about developing and consulting innovative and sustainable materials solutions that create value for my customers and the society. I am also a strong advocate for STEM education and diversity in the engineering field. I have published several papers on high-temperature alloys, titanium aluminide, process engineering and manufacturing, specialty steels, additive manufacturing, and material characterization in prestigious journals and conferences.
