I build and scale production AI systems that drive real business impact across retail and banking. Over 15+ years, I’ve worked across the full stack—from data engineering to machine learning to AI platforms—leading teams that deliver reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient AI in production. My focus is not just on models, but on systems that work in the real world: robust data pipelines, MLOps, and AI solutions tightly aligned to business outcomes. I’ve led end-to-end AI initiatives—from problem framing to deployment—impacting areas such as customer experience, risk, and operational efficiency. I’m particularly interested in the challenges that emerge beyond experimentation: scaling, monitoring, latency, and making AI usable and trustworthy at enterprise scale. Currently, I serve as Associate Director – AI Engineering & Ops at Best Buy, where I focus on building and scaling AI capabilities in a high-impact retail environment. Previously, I’ve worked across financial services with organizations including HSBC, Standard Chartered, and Niyo. I’ve been recognized as part of AIM’s 40 Under 40 (now AI Builders Awards), and I’m passionate about sharing practical insights on what it takes to move AI from experimentation to production.
