I am leading the team of 5 Professionals (4 Offshore + 1 Onshore) involves grooming, training and mentoring them professionally. • Providing services to one of the top 2 Pharmaceutical Company of the world, my area of expertise lies in validation/assurance of big data platforms based on Cloud (Azure) for Supply Chain and Manufacturing data. I understand various cloud services and data streaming tools such as Informatica, Confluent Kafka, Azure Blob, Data Bricks, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Data Factory etc. • My work involves authoring Strategy documents for new systems, Compliance Analysis, Compliance Plan, Test Protocol, Test Reports, Risk Analysis, Traceability Matrix, Compliance Summary Reports, Playbooks, GAP assessments, GXP Assessments etc. • I currently lead the various pillars of the projects and directly facing the clients. I have experienced on JIRA, X-Ray automation testing, IRIS change management. We also perform feature/ user story reviews, test scripts/execution reviews, document peer reviews, change form/tickets reviews etc. • My work involves end to end validation of components involved in sending data from one cloud services to other. It involves Ingestion, Curation and Consumption of data for various business requirements. We validate the business logic and data object mapping rules involved in data curation. We are also involved in adopting new techniques for testing, process improvement, automation and improvisation. • I have good understanding of FDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements, GAMP 5 guidelines, CSA approach, Data integrity principles such as ALCOA, ALCOA+ and various other life science regulations. • Apart from client work, I also lead the engagement for SOW management and Analysis for 10 million dollars (approx.) for proper prediction and planning of resources and projects throughout the year using Power BI dashboards and Excel. I have made a prototype to perform automated reviews and feedback for user stories in the real time using Java and XML files.
