Avinash conducted mock interviews for me for a Google L4 role. Through these sessions, I gained insights that I wouldn't have picked up from platforms like YouTube or Reddit. He was kind yet honest in his feedback, helping me clearly identify my weaknesses and areas for improvement. Over the course of three sessions, I got to experience what a real Google interview feels like. Avinash came prepared with interview questions and knew multiple approaches to solve them, while also being open to seeing if I came up with a different approach on my own. He also shared tips on how to improve for these types of interviews.
