I am passionate about communicating through the delivery rather than words. With a First Degree in Political Science and a Masters degree in Social Work, I bring to the table a wide range of skills including Advocacy, Project implementation, Strategic Planning, Public Speaking, Research, Documentation. Causes I care deeply about our Civil Rights, Economic Empowerment, Human Rights, Gender Equality, Education and Youth Empowerment. I have been involved in large assignments dealing with formulating strategies for government projects/schemes, managing social development/education sector projects, monitoring & evaluation of programs, Bid Process Management, change management & capacity building. He has got exposure in business development including responding to bids, preparation of EOI/RFP, etc. I previously worked as a State Program Manager with the EXCEL Program of Government of Jharkhand based in Ranchi. Worked with Pratham Education Foundation as a State head with Pratham, one of India's leading NGOs which works in the field of education and followed it up by working for National University Students skill development program in the state of Jharkhand. I have transformed the Pilot project NUSSD into a statewide program excel in the state of Jharkhand. A letter of appreciation has been given to me by the Director Tata Institute of Social Sciences Mumbai Dr. S. Parsuraman. In future, I would want to work closely with both public as well as private sector organizations think tanks, NGOs, international organizations and consultancies in order to learn about social entrepreneurship and innovation and its relationship with the formulation of public policies. •
