I started my product management journey from B2B SaaS space where I developed the product supply chain module for a fortune 500 client. As part of the project, we were able to reduce a client’s inventory costs by $70M by launching a sophisticated demand forecasting feature. Later I completed my MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur post which I have been working at Paytm. As part of my journey at Paytm, I have handled a variety of products, including oauth, order management system, catalog system, and payment processing. My most recent projects include building ONDC platform for Paytm app from scratch, which include designing the user experience as well as backend integrations. The different initiatives undertaken by me at Paytm have helped in significantly improving some of the key business metrics including 30% increase in user acquisition, 20% reduction in fraudulent transactions, and 10% increase in customer support experience.
