I’m someone who’s lived through the highs and lows and turned it into something meaningful — building spaces that feel warm, safe, and real. I started Beautiful You, to create communities that help in healing. We educate, advocate and empower people with their mental wellbeing. I wear many hats - from running workshops to mentoring young minds, creating brand strategies for mental health orgs, and curating events that don’t feel clinical but deeply human.
