A seasoned Consulting Executive driving and delivering value-driven solutions for clients globally while learning and imbibing the new frontiers of technology such as AI / Gen AI. With 13 years of cumulative work experience in Industry (Oil & Gas Downstream) & Management Consulting, I have led and delivered large scale value-driven transformation programs for Global Energy clients across Australia, Europe, US & APAC. My core competencies include business strategy, operations excellence, cost optimization, asset performance management (equipment reliability), digital strategy and complex program delivery. I am also responsible for sales origination, business development and delivery of large scale $$ engagements specific to Oil & Gas clients in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. I have had the privilege to setup multiple CoEs as part of Industry X Global Network in India having seen the growth from single digit to 700+ Consulting Practitioners. I am also responsible for their capability development in the areas of digital technology, core functional subjects and global certifications. Outside of work, I am a passionate chef who loves to cook and experiment with food, an avid reader, an ardent traveler and also involved in social causes like children education, healthcare etc. I believe in living life and enjoying the present which will create awesome memories to look back in the future.
