About I am a strategic UX and Research leader with 19+ years of experience across the full spectrum of user experience spanning early-career individual contribution and the last decade focused on building, scaling, and leading design organizations. My background combines deep hands-on craft with sustained leadership in shaping teams, operating models, and product strategy at scale. Most recently at Indeed, I built and led the India UX organization across product design, user research, content design, and operations, while owning UX strategy for large-scale platforms spanning job seeker and employer marketplaces, product monetization, and financial systems. My scope included Global Sourcing and Monetization, Billing & Payments, and the India Marketplace supporting complex, trust-critical products within a multi-hundred-million-dollar business. My leadership sits at the intersection of experience strategy, organizational design, and growth-oriented product outcomes. I have shaped portfolio-level UX strategy for platforms focused on user acquisition, engagement, conversion, and monetization; partnered closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, Risk, Legal, and GTM leaders; and translated ambiguity into durable, scalable direction across global surfaces. A core focus of my work has been building capability and operating rigor. I established Research + ResOps from the ground up, defined quality bars and operating rhythms, developed senior ICs and managers, and aligned global stakeholders through clear narratives, executive-level storytelling, and insight-driven decision-making. Earlier in my career, I held senior design leadership roles at Intel, leading UX across security, identity, mobile, and connected-device platforms. I built a strong foundation in enterprise and banking products during my time at Infosys and Cognizant, working on large-scale platforms that demanded rigor, reliability, and deep domain understanding.
