With more than five years across application integration, enterprise AI integrations, infrastructure, and L3 support, I have learned that thriving in tech does not always mean writing code. I am currently a Senior Engineer on the AI Integrations team at ServiceNow, working across authentication, web services, networking, IntegrationHub, Microsoft Teams and M365 integrations, and more recently the Now Assist and GenAI stack: AI Search, AI Agents, and the GenAI Controller. Before that, at Capgemini, I worked deep in infrastructure, Unix and Linux, databases, middleware, and networking. A lot of my work lives beyond the platform, inside customer environments and tech stacks, diagnosing root causes that go well past a surface fix. I also run technical interviews, deliver training, and mentor engineers, which is what brings me here.
