I’m a Counseling Psychologist with a Master's in Clinical Psychology and Organizational Behavior as well as Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counseling. I have qualified the UGC-NET Psychology exam and have been working in the area of mental health care for the past 3 years. My therapeutic approach includes an integration of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. I have a great passion for writing poetry and fiction, writing works as my personal way to catharsis.
