My background as a Civil engineer and a Construction ProjectManagement professional has landed me in some pretty exciting job roles, transitioning my career into product development, product implementation and Customer Success. With humble beginnings as a site engineer and later on as a management trainee, I have worked with the best & one of the largest contractors in India only to sharpen my skills in project management & business development. With my unique set of skills, I was fortunate to land an opportunity with a disruptive startup, where I bridged the gap between a Technical expert & software product implementation consultant, introducing me to new skills such as Product Management and Customer Success. Within a year I had braved the transition to Product Management and Customer Success Roles. At present, I work as Customer Success Manager for Hypertest- API testing automation tool.
