I have about 11 years of direct Human Resource Experience dealing with all facets of Human Resources including Recruiting, Learning & Development, HR Operations, Stakeholder Management, Succession Planning, HR Analytics, Performance Management, LMS & HRMS implementation and Employee Relations. I am someone who appreciates the humanness of systems, is easily approachable, passionate about Talent Development, Diversity Equity Inclusion (DEI), Technology Integration, Organization Development, Change Management & Communications, Employee Experience and Culture building. In each of my roles, my contribution is around adding value to the lives of people by enabling their development and contribute in accomplishing the business goals by helping talent unleash their full potential.
