Hi, I’m Atharva Naik — a growth-driven entrepreneur, drone evangelist, and sales strategist building disruptive solutions at the intersection of agri-tech and aerial innovation. Though I pursued a degree in Aerospace Engineering, my heart and hustle have always been in marketing, sales, and business development. I believe your profession doesn’t always follow your degree—and mine took flight in 9th grade when I became a founding team member at Karveer Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., sparking my journey into building scalable ventures. Since then, I’ve: Raised over ₹50 Lakhs in funding from investors including IIT Ropar. Built India’s first drone service aggregator – DroneDekho under FlyLab Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where I serve as Co-Founder & CEO. Scaled FlyLab to a ₹1.5 Cr annual run rate, impacting 3,000+ farmers, delivering 5,000+ drone flights, and covering 4,000+ acres with a sustainable, tech-enabled spray model. Been felicitated twice by Hon’ble Minister of Commerce Shri Piyush Goyal for my contributions to India’s startup ecosystem. Won at the National Startup Awards and was a finalist at Startup Maharathi Challenge. Collaborated with leading organizations like TechnoServe India, IIMA Ventures (Top 20 at Kotak Bizlab Accelerator), and Sahyadri Farms as part of Digital Impact Square. Outside the boardroom, I’m a national-level chess player, state-level footballer, and a solo traveler with a creative side that led me to win three international photography awards. My early interest in cinematography led me to drones—not from the lens of tech, but from the story they could help tell.
