I Was born in the mid of winter, Dec 31st 1995. I started to walk later than I learned to draw. Quite a curious child, sharp observer, self-taught school child. I started my teens surrounded by the nature, and finished it with a backpack on my shoulders. I work, I love, I travel, I experiment, I speak with strangers, I learned from books, From newspapers, from internet, From tutorials, from others. But especially I learned looking around me, with my nose up over the sky line. I am a person with great passion-a true free spirit. I don't work just to make a living but I work because it makes life worth living for. Personal Department is what I’m into professionally, the challenges, the ups and downs, the gains and the losses, makes me a better person by every passing day. What I have always loved about HR is that we deal constantly with unknowns. I’m passionate about the people of organization. Employees are the engine of businesses and it’s vital to create cultures in which they can thrive. As a HR professional, I know how important my role is in regards to business success. Bad hires costs businesses a lot of money. They’re also a big stumbling block in terms of achieving business goals. My job involves making sure businesses avoid bad hires or to manage existing employees’ relation. With over 4 years’ experience in HR, I am adept at enhancing and employee experience and developing positive workplace cultures. Since 2019, I have been employed in HR department n handled generalist partalong with recruitment. During the course of my career, I have gained a breadth of experiences enabled me to obtain a knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations. I’m also having exposures of working with different industries like IT/Software, Finance, automobile, telecom, Digital Marketing,. Since I’ve always been a people person, u could say I’m living my own dream of doing what I love—helping others. Outside of work, u can find me chilling out with family n friends.
