I'm an extrovert UX designer dedicated to understanding human experiences and crafting design solutions to bridge experience gaps. With a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Art Center College of Design and a Master's degree in Business/Product Development from Carnegie Mellon University, I bring a unique blend of creative and strategic expertise to my work. Currently, I serve as a UX designer at Amazon, where I focus on designing last-mile solutions. Prior to this role, I was involved in shaping the UX strategy for future IoT services on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform. My journey in UX design began during my time working on autonomous cars and AI at Renault-Nissan Mitsubishi and Microsoft. I take pride in my contributions to the field, holding three UX patents and receiving two design awards for my innovative and user-centric projects.
