About me

I’m the Founder of TechForce Cyber, a UK-based cybersecurity consultancy helping organisations protect themselves against real-world cyber threats. I started the business in 2017 after a career in IT, and today we work with businesses across the UK on cyber assurance, resilience, and practical security, not theory. Alongside running TechForce Cyber, I’m also the face behind AskJai, a platform where I help international students and early-career professionals navigate careers in the UK. From CVs and interviews to job search strategy and sponsorship realities, my content reaches hundreds of thousands of people every month across social media. I’m a regular speaker at industry events, panels, podcasts, and conferences, known for breaking down complex topics whether cybersecurity or careers into clear, honest, no-nonsense advice. Over the years, my work has been recognised through multiple business and cybersecurity awards in the UK. Outside of work, I’m a marathon runner and use endurance running as both a personal discipline and a platform for charity fundraising and community building. Marathons have taught me the same lesson I apply to careers and business: consistency beats intensity.
