I’m an AI researcher, consultant, and entrepreneur. Right now, I’m in my entrepreneurial phase as the founder of Skillzo, an agentic AI companion platform. Over the years, I’ve worked in different corners of the AI ecosystem—research, engineering, policy, and strategy. That includes leading R&D efforts, consulting on sovereign AI initiatives, and contributing as a research scientist in both academic and industry settings. I’ve been fortunate to contribute to recent developments in AI—as a scientist working across academia and industry. I held postdoctoral positions at the University of Cambridge and the IT University of Copenhagen, and completed my Master’s and PhD at IIT Kharagpur. My PhD focused on Computational Sanskrit. At Cambridge, I worked with Dr. Andreas Vlachos and Dr. Sebastian Riedel on a project supported by Facebook Research. I am quite passionate about anything that involves human-AI interaction, with an accomplished track record in the areas of Spoken and Natural Language Processing, Understanding and Generation. I’ve published over 30 papers with 500+ citations, serve as an Action Editor for ACL Rolling Review, and regularly review for top-tier venues. I also co-host an AI education YouTube channel with over 100,000 subscribers.
