I moved to 2 different countries where I had no friend, and both times I was able to step up in my career while shifting to a new country. I am a single mom with no family support onsite, but I have built a vast network of friends and support while I lived in Singapore for 6 years, and even in Abu Dhabi since I came here. I have experienced being both Individual Contributor and Organizational Leader, shifted industries, worked for companies of very different sizes and cultures, and I have a fair share of the challenges that both work and life throw at me, but I am able to face them with confidence and inner peace.
