M. Asim Amin holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and has experience of more than 4 years in the industry. He is linked with research and industry and his current research interests include optimization and control of smart grids (Especially in the Decentralized & Integrated EMS, IoT, and VPP). He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. degree from the University of Genova, Italy, as a Marie Skłodowska Curie Research Fellow and also serving as CTO with Rapid Volt (PVT) Limited, Pakistan.
