Myself a Technical Educator having an experience over two decades in Teaching. I had the opportunity of witnessing career transformation of 5k+ students. What amazes me is the bond that extends beyond the brief 4 year span, sometimes it's 20+ years. I realized one crucial thing about my students in general. They are all amazing. Sometimes they need someone who would believe in their potential and push them forward. The concept of transforming dreams into reality raises the question of its practicality. Throughout my life, I have engaged deeply with this idea, often exploring various divergent pathways. The most challenging aspect has been determining where to begin. In my pursuit of self-discovery, I have developed a toolkit that has proven effective for my journey. I am prepared to present these mental models and actionable practices through a structured 9 Level Toolkit. Over the course of 13 weeks, I will guide participants in illuminating their dreams and subsequently empowering them to realize these aspirations.
