- A seasoned Product and Program management professional with a decade year of experience in the Healthcare,Life science & e-commerce domain. - Experience in delivering plans that encompass all phases of program planning, implementation, production readiness and support as defined by the Product and Program Management Team. - Lead and collaborate with Business Owners, Customers & Value Stream leaders to refine and execute the strategy for internal programs, product development and initiatives. - Design roadmap and capability maps at the Program Level. - Identify and removing organizational impediments to successful agile transformation by conducting agile health checks(AHR assessments) to assess gaps. - Develop and deliver customized, role-based Agile coaching/ training interventions for Product Owners and scrum teams at an enterprise level.
