I'm a people's person who is curious to learn and loves solving problems, while taking ownership and working with people from diverse backgrounds, having worked across India, US, Canada and Thailand. I'm currently working with Infotech Research Group to setup their division for Digital Transformation consulting, based out of Toronto, Canada. In addition to my work, I love helping people - ranging from young professionals who want to figure out what to do next, to students and MBA aspirants who want to find the next step in their journey. As a mentor, I can help individuals with goal-setting, career development, and navigating the business landscape. I am passionate about supporting the next generation of leaders and helping them achieve their full potential. Previously, I worked with Cars24 as Director of Sales and Head of Launch (Employee #1), responsible for the 0-1 journey and set up the used-cars business from scratch for the company in Southeast Asia. In this role, I developed the go-to-market strategy, did capital allocation of $15 Mn+ and built teams of 100+ people while leading all the verticals (Sourcing, Refurbishment, Operations, HR, Sales). Prior to Cars24, I was working with McKinsey and Company as an Engagement Manager. During the 3.5 years at McKinsey, I had the opportunity to work across multiple sectors including Banking, IT Services, FMCG, Mining and Pharma delivering significant client impact for several blue-chip companies in India, US and Singapore. I completed my MBA from IIM Bangalore and Bachelors in Technology from IIT Madras. Also, love travelling and hope to cover the entire world someday.
