As a partner at ARJS & Associates, a leading audit and taxation firm, I have over 15 years of experience in providing high-quality and comprehensive services to various domestic and foreign clients across industries and sectors. I am a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, Insolvency Professional and Registered Valuer with IBBI with a master's degree in commerce. My core competencies include statutory and tax audits, international tax and transfer pricing, expatriate taxation, FEMA-FDI advisory, GST audit and compliance, and IFRS implementation. I have also authored several articles on topics such as Benami Law, Black Money, Strike Off-CODS, TDS on foreign remittance, Indirect Transfer, and Foreign Tax Credit. My mission is to help my clients achieve their business objectives and optimize their tax positions, while complying with the relevant laws and regulations. I have handled IFRS implementation and preparation IND AS financial statements.
