I build 𝗔𝗜 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲. My journey started in QA, breaking systems, finding edge cases, and asking uncomfortable questions. Over 13+ years, that mindset evolved into product leadership, where I now design and deliver 𝗔𝗜-𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁, 𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲-𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻-𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘀 across EdTech, AstroTech, VoIP, and SME platforms. What I’ve learned the hard way. Most AI products fail not because of models, but because of weak product thinking, poor execution, and zero understanding of users.
