I am a Software Development Analyst working for Citigroup. I have a strong interest in software application development, data science and leadership. During my undergraduate engineering from a renowned university, I got the opportunity to delve into various technical concepts, follow my personal interests, and improve my interpersonal skills. Technically, I am proficient with programming languages like Java, Python, and C++. I am currently working on backend and frontend technologies in an agile environment. I am also through with the fundamental concepts in Data Science which includes Data Analytics, Data Visualization and Machine Learning. Hence, I have enthusiastically worked on several interesting data science related projects including my capstone project during my years in college. With a penchant for exploring and habit of avid reading, it has led to become a passionate researcher. My research interests include intrusion detection (Cybersecurity), Artificial Intelligence (pattern recognition, deep learning and machine learning) and related fields of computer science. Also having a knack for writing and constant curiosity to explore more, I have written and published several research papers in reputed journals and conferences with the steadfast support and guidance from my mentors and peers.
