Ashwani has Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT Kanpur with 9+ years of work experience. He started his career in Reliance Industries as Graduate Engineering Trainee and subsequently moved to Reliance Technology Group in capacity of Technologist providing technical support to Polypropylene Manufacturing plants across various sites. In his previous roles, he worked in Exxon Mobil from May-18 to July-19 as Facilities Engineer in Bengaluru Technology Center supporting Upstream assets in Alberta, Canada. From 2019 until Nov 2022, he was working as Process Licensing Engineer for W.R. Grace where he supported clients across the globe including USA, South Korea, UAE, China, Europe and SEA. He has research experience from Polytechnic Technolac in France after graduation where he worked independently to carry out computational work in fluid dynamics under mentorship of Professor Christian Ruyer Quil. He is skilled in Process Engineering, Process Design Package development, Plant Startup and Troubleshooting, HAZOP study, Unit Debottlenecking, Engineering reviews including Heat and Mass Balance, Conceptual study, P&ID reviews, Construction Reviews & Model Reviews, Process Optimization and Advance Process Control. His technical skills comprise of basic programming languages such as C/C++, Matlab and advanced simulation software including Aspen Plus/HYSYS, HTRI, Petrosim/PHAST and Data Analytics software - Tableau, SEEQ, MiniTab and JMP. He likes to spend leisure time in exploring music and playing cricket.
