I have been working in this role since July 2023, leveraging my expertise in AI solutions for driving Adoption and Change Management of Microsoft 365 Copilot. I have a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science, and I hold several Microsoft certifications, including Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate and Microsoft 365 Certified Fundamentals.
