Here's the thing about coding interviews: they're a skill. Not a measure of how good an engineer you are, just a very learnable, very specific skill that nobody explicitly teaches you.

In this session, we'll work on the stuff that actually moves your success rate - how to think out loud without freezing, how to handle problems you've never seen before, how to recover gracefully when you're stuck (because you will get stuck, and that's fine), why your solution doesn't have to be perfect to get you through and the small habits that separate candidates who get offers from ones who get "we'll be in touch."
