Sometimes you don't need a life coach or a 47-page self-help book. You just need someone to actually listen, and maybe tell you what they honestly think - if you want them to.

Rant about your job, your team, your life choices at 2am, a decision you can't stop overthinking, something you're excited about and have nobody to share it with - bring whatever's on your mind. There's no topic too small, too weird, or too "is this even worth talking about."

I'm not here to fix you or hand you a five-step framework. I'll just listen, ask the occasional dumb question, and share my honest two cents if you want it.
