Professionally, drawing from my extensive background at PharmEasy and JSW One, in scaling up startups and working in large conglomerates, I bring a mix of - (a) building ZERO to ONE and (b) modernize an already ZERO to HUNDRED scale with help of product and technology. Personally, a great enthusiast of: - How D2C is shaping and challenging the legacy brands/products/idea - How right implementation of technology/product can help scale, improve efficiencies and experience - Geopolitics and History - Movies In my current role as a Lead Program manager at JSW One, I spearheaded the product implementation ERP, WMS and Financial Bookkeeping in order to modernize the existing process and build for agility and scale. In my previous stints at PharmEasy for 8+ years, I have had exposure of both the operations/execution and how can the process be scaled with help of product and technology. I worked closely with Product Managers to build large scale systems for marketplace ecosystem, warehouse automation, implementation of internal ticketing tools, managing 3rd party logistics among others.
