Bootcamp Structure (5-Day Schedule)

Day 1: Breaking into Product Management

• What is Product Management in today’s AI-first world?
• Role of an APM: from problem finder to impact enabler
• How PMs work with Design, Tech, Business and now, AI
• PM mindset: ownership, curiosity, impact, and ethical AI awareness

Day 2: Problem Solving + User Thinking

• Problem discovery vs. solution obsession
• Defining user personas and JTBD
• Writing a simple 1-page PRD using AI prompts
• Mini project brief released: identify and define a user problem using AI-assisted research

Day 3: Building the Project

• Live project check-in + feedback
• Basics of UI/UX for PMs - how to think like a user and speak the designer’s language
• Wireframing using Whimsical or Figma with AI suggestions for UX improvements
• Collaborating with designers - what PMs should (and shouldn’t) do
• Creating feature prioritization using RICE/MoSCoW — and validating ideas with AI-powered user personas or feedback synthesis tools

Day 4: Resume + Interview Prep

• PM resume teardown: what works, what doesn’t (and how AI tools can help)
• Rewrite your resume (live peer + mentor feedback)
• Mock interview sessions including common AI-in-product questions

Day 5: Demo Day + Digital Presence

• Final project submissions
• Live demos + storytelling your product like a PM
• Bonus: Build your personal portfolio site using free tools like Notion + Super or Framer — include your AI-powered PM toolkit
