I started my career as an engineer. But somewhere along the way, I began noticing something interesting. Most people are not stuck because they lack talent. They are stuck because they lack clarity. Clarity about who they really are. Clarity about what they are naturally good at. Clarity about the kind of career that truly fits them. I saw many brilliant people around me, engineers, graduates, professionals. They were working hard and doing everything they were told to do, yet many of them still felt lost, confused, or stuck in their careers. That observation slowly pushed me to understand people more deeply. It eventually led me into the world of sales, marketing, and human behavior. Over the past few years, I have worked across sales, business building, and consulting. Through these experiences, I started understanding how businesses actually grow, how people make decisions, and what truly drives success in the real world. And one thing became very clear to me.
