My colleagues were growing, switching to better jobs, shifting careers entirely, and there I was… stuck in the same 9 to 5 regular corporate job, not knowing how to grow faster, without spending another decade in reaching senior-most roles, and with a much higher salary. My inner self demanded something better of me.
