Ashley’s vision is to create Change through Collaborative Relationships. His mission is to help people and organizations visually explain and creatively share their true stories (Ideas, Plans, Dreams, Processes and Experiences) in conversations and presentations for Change. Having begun his career with Physics and MBA and having worked in institutional sales, marketing, retail, channels and staffing solutions, he answered the joy of equipping others and began training and coaching people in soft skills. Out of this experience and his childhood passion in explaining everything visually & telling stories to connect and convince, he began to learn (from the leaders in these endeavors), sharpen, grow and then reach out to organizations and individuals to help and equip them. He is involved with the international association of facilitators (IAF), World Café, International Forum of Visual Practitioners (IFVP) and Global community of Visual Thinkers (VizThink).
