As an award winning talent professional, with over ten years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources, I am passionate about advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the workplace and beyond. As the founder and CEO of DEI Labs, I lead a team of experts who educate the DEI, HR, and TA professionals on how to ethically, legally, and compliantly practice DEI principles in their organization. My mission is to empower hiring decision makers with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to create positive and lasting change in their communities and industries; through diversity, equity, and inclusion. With a background in psychology and a certification in SHRM-CP, I leverage my expertise in behavioral research, statistics, I/O and social psychology, and empathy to design and deliver engaging and effective DEI programs and solutions. I also serve as an executive board member at Resume Righting, a non-profit organization that helps job seekers from underrepresented groups to craft impactful resumes and land their dream jobs.
