Ashley Jaye, commonly referred to as "AJ", is a multi-talented first-generation college graduate. She was admitted as a scholar and finished her bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines. During her undergraduate studies, she was known for her leadership skills, organizational expertise, management capabilities, and volunteer experience. She mostly led and managed group activities and represented her peers in different settings. She dreams of becoming an impactful professional in the accounting and finance industry. Her personal and professional interests include, but are not limited to, the following: DEI&B, advocacy, leadership, data analytics, advisory services, management consulting, and higher education. Most importantly, she aims to be an enthusiastic lifelong learner, a transformational servant leader, and a confident principled woman who make positive changes and impactful differences in the world.
