Ashlesha Anandikar is currently a Consultant at EXL , helping clients solve complex problems using data analytics.She has more than 3+ years of experience in organising, modelling, and analysing data to forecast business trends.She has an overall experience of working on projects in digital marketing analytics, performance marketing analytics, dashboarding and reporting analytics with clients from different domains which includes Retail , Industrial , Telecommunication and Banking. She is also currently pursuing a distance MBA from NGASCE- NMIMS (Mumbai) in Business Management (2021-2023). Prior to EXL, she worked with Tredence Analytics as a Business Analyst for around 2 years, where major chunk of work was based on the Data Analytics and Data engineering related projects based on Azure Technology. She is a Bachelor of Technology graduate in Mining engineering (2015-19) from National Institute of Technology,Nagpur also know as VNIT.
