About me

I’m Ashish, a researcher joining the MS (Research) program in AI at the Yardi School of AI, IIT Delhi, where I’ll be working under Prof. Sudipan Saha on problems at the intersection of computer vision, Earth observation, and climate AI — including multi-sensor learning, multi-temporal image analysis, and uncertainty-aware modeling of dynamic environments 🌍🤖 Alongside research, I bring a strong engineering orientation. My prior work spans real-time graph analytics, dynamic network modeling, temporal data analysis, and distributed computation inspired by large-scale graph systems ⚙️📊 I enjoy taking ideas from theory to implementation — building systems that are scalable, reliable, and practically useful 🚀 Over the years, I’ve worked across research labs, industry teams, and startups, collaborating with organizations such as SONY Research India, IISc, IITs, and early-stage ventures. I’ve built systems ranging from multimodal recommendation engines and time-series models to LLM-powered tools and quantitative research pipelines 🧠🛠️ What excites me most is the zero-to-one phase of building — where ideas are rough, assumptions are tested, and execution matters more than slides 💡➡️⚒️ I’m particularly interested in turning research insights into deployable systems and real products. Beyond work, I enjoy mentoring, teaching, competitive programming, and collaborating with people who are curious, ambitious, and biased toward action 🤝✨
