I’m Ashish Rathi, with around 18+ years of industry experience. I spent more than a decade in IT, working across data analytics and engineering, including technical, delivery, people, and vendor management. In 2018, I moved into entrepreneurship and now manage Techno Wise, a technical recruitment consultancy in Ahmedabad. Thus, I bring a people-first perspective shaped by both sides of the journey. With over a decade in IT, spanning data analytics, engineering, delivery, and people management; I’ve interviewed hundreds of tech professionals and trained countless others in SQL and data warehousing. In 2018, I left corporate to build something different: a people-first approach to careers in tech. Now, I help freshers and juniors: ~ Build resumes that actually get shortlisted ~ Nail interviews with confidence (not just memorized answers) ~ Map out realistic, high-growth career paths in data and tech Whether you’re trying to land your first data job, switch roles, or figure out “what next,” I bring the insider view from both hiring and being hired. Let’s turn your potential into your next jump.
