As a co-founder at DevTown, I am passionate about creating affordable, efficient resources to help engineering students and recent graduates prepare for their placements. DevTown is a venture born out of the need for streamlined placement preparation, primarily catering to this segment. With a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, I have a strong foundation in key areas like Data Structures, Object-Oriented Programming, and Algorithms. I also developed my leadership skills as a member and an innovation catalyzer at the Entrepreneurship Development Cell there. Before stepping into entrepreneurship, I gained valuable experience as a Data Analyst at KPMG, Bangalore. I managed the complete ETL process, ensured efficient data flow and quality, and collaborated across development and operations teams using Azure DevOps. I also applied a range of technologies such as Azure Data Lake, Apache Spark, Azure Data Bricks, and PowerBI. One of my achievements during this time was creating a PowerBI Dashboard to better understand the business implications of our data. At DevTown, I embrace multiple roles, from business planning to product development. I set the strategic direction for the company, drive business development efforts, and manage financial forecasting and budgeting. I also lead the creation and rollout of our free bootcamp initiative, which has received positive feedback from our users. I foster a culture of innovation, growth, and shared success among our dedicated team of professionals.
