Fantastic and incredibly insightful. I especially appreciate how it makes complex technical concepts easy to understand while still providing remarkable depth and nuance.

I really enjoyed talking to Ashish. He was extremely patient and helped me understand the path to break into Product. Have booked another followup call to track my progress and get feedback from him on the suggested steps.
Ashish Kumar — Product Manager | Fintech & Edtech
I'm a Product Manager who loves taking products from an idea to real scale — currently at Stable Money, one of India's fastest-growing wealth-tech platforms.
What I've built at Stable Money
Credit Card: Conceived, built, and scaled Stable Money's credit card business from scratch — today we issue 6,000+ cards every day. Owned everything from product strategy and bank partnerships to onboarding funnels, KYC flows, and issuance at scale.
Cross-sell & LTV: Created the cross-sell engine that moves users across fixed deposits, bonds, mutual funds, and credit cards — turning single-product customers into multi-product relationships and driving a step-change in LTV.
Retention: Set up the retention charter — lifecycle journeys, repeat-investment nudges, and engagement loops that keep users transacting and growing their portfolios.
New asset classes: Launched gold and silver mutual funds on the platform, opening an entirely new investment category for our users.
Bank integrations: Led five bank integrations end to end — APIs, compliance, and go-live — working directly with partner banks to expand the platform's supply side.
Before Stable Money
Signzy — Led the Video KYC product. Worked directly with banking and fintech clients on onboarding, integration, and turning their feedback into product improvements.
Infinity Learn (edtech) — Revamped the Self Learn and Assessments modules for grades 6–13, boosting engagement and retention. Launched an AI/ChatGPT-powered learning product and built a B2B2C test-taking platform from scratch.
